2. Nurse Coaching & Medical Disclaimer

Deb Slowey is a Registered Nurse offering holistic Nurse Coaching services.

Scope of Service: Nurse Coaching focuses on lifestyle wellness, accountability, and personal growth. It does not constitute medical treatment, psychiatric therapy, formal diagnosis, or prescribing.
No Doctor-Patient or Primary Nurse Relationship: Using this Site or participating in coaching does not create a formal clinical treatment relationship.
Emergency Needs: Coaching is not a substitute for emergency care or professional medical advice. Always consult your primary physician or call emergency services (911) for acute medical or mental health issues.

3. Payments, Booking, & Refund Policies

Services & Packages: Enrolling in programs (such as the 12-Week Nurse Coaching Program for $1,500) requires full payment upfront via Stripe or linked payment gateways before session scheduling access is provided.
Scheduling & Cancellations: Sessions must be scheduled through the provided Google Calendar link following completion of payment and intake documentation. Client cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule without penalty.
Refunds: Due to the custom, time-intensive nature of coaching services and original artwork, all sales are final once services have commenced or artwork has shipped, except where explicitly agreed upon in writing.

4. Intellectual Property & Artwork

All content on this Site—including paintings, images, original artwork, written text, logos, and digital downloads—is the intellectual property of Deb Slowey and protected by copyright laws.

Purchasing physical artwork grants you ownership of the physical piece, but does not transfer reproduction or copyright rights unless explicitly granted in writing.
You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content or coaching materials without prior written consent.

5. Third-Party Links & Services

This Site integrates third-party tools and services, including Stripe (payments), Google Workspace / Google Calendar (scheduling and forms), Artwork Archive (portfolio management), and MailerLite (newsletters). Deb Slowey is not responsible for the availability, uptime, or privacy practices of these external providers.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deb Slowey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site, reliance on coaching educational content, or delay/failure of third-party platforms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of residence of Deb Slowey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
